Does Focus Drink® contain caffeine?

No, Focus Drink® does not contain caffeine. We have consciously chosen not to include caffeine in our recipe, because this can cause restlessness, anxiety, dizziness, palpitations and many other adverse effects.

Does Focus Drink® contain taurine?

No, Focus Drink® does not contain taurine. We have consciously chosen not to include taurine in our recipe, because at high doses this can cause dehydration, blood thinning, an abnormal heart rate and many other adverse consequences.

Are there vitamins in Focus Drink®?

Of course! Our flavors contain vitamins B3 and B5 (contribute to reducing fatigue), vitamin B6 (all flavors) and B12 (in the Strawberry-Raspberry) (good for concentration) and zinc (good for concentration).

Is Focus Drink® vegetarian/vegan?

Almost all our flavors are vegetarian and vegan. However, the Tropical flavor alone is not suitable for vegetarians and vegans, because this flavor contains a carrier (binder) of the coloring agent ß-carotene.

Is Focus Drink® gluten-free?

Yes, all Focus Drink® flavors do not contain gluten and are therefore gluten-free!

Is Focus Drink® suitable for people with a milk and/or soy allergy?

Yes, all Focus Drink® flavors do not contain milk and/or soy and are therefore suitable for people with a milk and/or soy allergy!

Can Focus Drink® be consumed during pregnancy?

Yes, all Focus Drink® flavors do not contain any harmful substances that affect pregnancy!

Physical sales

Where can I buy Focus Drink®?

In addition to being able to order via this official webshop, Focus Drink® is also available at several points of sale! Check our points of sale page where you can get the closest Focus Drink®.

Why do sales prices differ per store?

Focus Drink® has no control over the sales price charged by a (physical) store. Focus Drink® may, for example, provide a recommended price, but never determine what the final sales price is. Every (physical) store determines its own margin that they want to earn on the product.

Where's my order?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days will be shipped the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee that our carrier PostNL will actually deliver it to you the next day. Practice shows that this does happen in 96% of cases.

The track & trace code will be sent to your specified email address once your order has left our warehouse.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship our Focus Drink® products to the following countries:

Shipping costs may vary per country.

What is the average delivery time?

If all products in your order are in stock and you place an order before 3:00 PM on a working day, they will be shipped the same day.

Where is my confirmation email?

With every successful order via our webshop, a confirmation email will be sent to your specified email address. Did you not receive this? Check your spam box. If you have not yet received a confirmation email, you can contact us by sending an email to support@focusdrink.nl .

How can I return my order?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide whether you want to keep the order. However, it is not the intention to taste Focus Drink® first and return the order if you do not like it. This is not possible because we want to guarantee the quality of our product and therefore do not resell returned (un)opened bottles. We can no longer guarantee the expiration date and quality of our product for returned bottles.

We will only process returns if they are complete and intact (no bottles opened, no damage, etc.). This means that if you have ordered a 24-pack, for example, we will only process the return if all 24 bottles are unopened and undamaged.

The costs of returning are at your expense. It takes an average of 5 working days to process your return. If you return the item correctly, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount via your chosen payment method.

I don't like Focus Drink®. Can I return or return it?

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you do not like the particular flavor of Focus Drink®. Hopefully you like our other flavors!

Unfortunately, opened bottles cannot be returned because this is a shelf-life product. If a bottle is opened, we can no longer sell it, because we want to guarantee the quality of our product. Is your order still intact and undamaged? Then read the return instructions under “How can I return my order?”


Can I sell Focus Drink® as a company?

How nice that you are interested in selling Focus Drink®! We are very interested in parties that want to offer our functional drink to their consumers and would therefore like to get in touch with you. Send an email to info@focusdrink.nl and we will process your request as soon as possible.

Can I sell Focus Drink® in my own webshop?

Legally, Focus Drink® may not prohibit resale through third parties, but we do not support this approach. Focus Drink® is a quality and shelf life product and we can only guarantee this quality through sales through the official webshop. Therefore, Focus Drink® will not enter into distribution agreements with third parties.
